Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- To initiate a return, contact us at vezudeals@gmail.com with your order number and product photos.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or with discount coupons (unless defective)
- Innerwear, customized, or made-to-order products
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or color issues, subject to product availability
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per the policy above
